You retain ownership of your source data. We own the processed analytics and derived insights generated by our platform. Specific data rights are defined in individual service agreements.

6Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during discussions, pilots, and ongoing services. This includes technical specifications, pricing, and business strategies.

7Limitation of Liability

LotSight Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the specific service.

8Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that our solutions will meet all requirements. Specific warranties may be provided in individual service agreements.

9Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
