Solutions Architect

About the Role

We're looking for a Solutions Architect to work alongside our sales team and help enterprise customers design and implement LotSight Analytics solutions. You'll serve as the technical expert during the sales process, understanding customer infrastructure, defining integration approaches, and building confidence in our platform. This role requires deep technical knowledge combined with excellent communication skills. You'll present to CTOs and facility managers alike, adapting your message to your audience while maintaining technical accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Partner with sales to understand customer technical requirements
• Design solution architectures that integrate with existing customer infrastructure
• Lead technical discovery sessions and proof-of-concept implementations
• Create compelling technical proposals and documentation
• Present to technical and executive audiences
• Provide feedback to product on customer needs and competitive landscape
• Build and maintain technical content including demos and reference architectures
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings
