About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our customer acquisition efforts. You'll own the demand generation funnel, from awareness through to qualified leads. This includes content marketing, paid advertising, email campaigns, and event marketing. You'll work closely with sales to understand what makes leads convert and with product to communicate our value proposition effectively. Data-driven decision making is essential, and you should be comfortable analyzing campaign performance and optimizing based on results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Create compelling content including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
- Manage paid advertising programs (Google, LinkedIn)
- Build and optimize email nurture campaigns
- Coordinate webinars and event marketing
- Analyze campaign performance and report on marketing metrics
- Collaborate with sales on lead handoff and feedback loops
- Manage marketing technology stack and vendor relationships
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience with demand generation and lead nurturing
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Experience with paid advertising platforms
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
- Project management skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing technical products or platforms
- Background in proptech, IoT, or analytics space
- SEO and organic growth experience
- Video production or multimedia content skills
