About the Role
We're looking for a Data Engineering Intern to join our team for a 12-week program. You'll work on real projects that impact our platform, learning how we process and analyze spatial data at scale. This internship offers mentorship from senior engineers, exposure to production systems, and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions. Top interns will be considered for full-time roles after graduation.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain data pipelines for analytics processing
- Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data analysis
- Assist with data quality monitoring and validation
- Document data models and processing workflows
- Participate in team meetings and code reviews
- Present project work to the broader team
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Available for 12-week full-time internship
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks (Spark, pandas)
- Prior internship or project experience
- Interest in spatial data or computer vision
