Customer Success Manager

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at LotSight Analytics, you'll be the primary advocate for our customers. You'll guide them from initial implementation through ongoing optimization, ensuring they extract maximum value from our spatial analytics platform. This role combines technical aptitude with relationship building. You'll need to understand our product deeply, translate customer needs into actionable recommendations, and work cross-functionally to drive improvements. Your success is measured by customer retention, expansion, and the ROI your clients achieve.

What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts through the full customer lifecycle
• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and identify growth opportunities
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for product improvements
• Develop training materials and best practices documentation
• Identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies
• Collaborate with sales on expansion opportunities
• Build deep relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
